The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view of the garden and surrounding huts and teepees. It's a relaxing spot despite being near a garage, which surprisingly doesn't cause any noise disturbance. However, the room could be a bit tight for two people with large bags.

The staff was super friendly, and they accommodated my request for a lower floor room to ease carrying my heavy luggage. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was lovely. A back room off the road would be preferable for the next stay.

The hotel's proximity to Chester city center and attractions like Chester Zoo is a plus. However, it's a bit far from the main town and parking can be challenging.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, though it could have used a makeover and had a bit of mould in the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the room was a nice touch, especially since the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment. However, the noise from traffic made sleeping a challenge, even with the complimentary earplugs provided.

The dining experience was satisfactory with breakfast in the room due to the restaurant's closure. However, the quality of the food was not experienced due to timing constraints.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely and comfortable with some minor drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a bath and a shower, perfect for our family. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, even fitting us in for dinner at short notice. The location, while not ideal for city access, was great for enjoying a peaceful walk along the canal. The dining experience was excellent, offering a delicious full English breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor inconveniences.
